Hi. There are a lot of furs around, particularly within Auckland. I'm another Aucklander myself. I was also quite surprised to find there were other NZ furries when I was first introduced to the community. Having others around in person has certainly made life more interesting since.
Try coming into the IRC some time perhaps, it can be a good way to meet others. When anyone bothers to talk in it at least >_> But more people on there would help make it more interesting anyhow... xD
